About Northeast :

In the Himalayas, Pelling is a charming town. It belongs to the North Sikkim district, India. The natural beauty is abounding. Exotic waterfalls and lakes surround the countryside. Pelling's natural ways of life, lovers of nature and trekkers alike, are filled with Changey, Rimbi, the Khangchendzonga cascade and Lake Khecheopalri.

Located between the massive Himalayan peaks, the Tibetan Buddhist culture and Tibetan culture are built in the City of Gangtok. It is the capital of Sikkim State and a prominent global destination in India. This pretty town achieved popularity following the building of the Enchey Monastery by offering an amazing view of Mount Kanchenjunga, the third highest mountain in the world.

Darjeeling is a scenic settlement in the Indian state of West Bengal, situated amidst the slopes of the Lesser Himalayas and saturated by emerald green tea plantations. This magnificent town, the third highest peak in the world, is towered by the majestic Kangchenjunga. Darjeeling has made several films in Bollywood, including Barfi, Main Hoon Na and Aradhana, famous as "the Queen of the Hilly," a wonderful location.

DAY - 01 Bagdogra/NJP - Darjeeling 93 kms / 3 hours approx

On arrival, assistance at the airport/railway station and a drive to Darjeeling, stopping at Mirik Lake along the way. At an altitude of 2134 metres in the Himalayas, ‘Dorje Ling,' or Thunderbolt Place,' offers stunning vistas of snow-capped mountain peaks, with the Kanchendzonga towering higher than all the others. With its tiny waterfalls, small settlements, and a low gauge railway track, it is often referred to as the "Queen of the Hills." Darjeeling is one of the most exotic destinations, surrounded by World Famous Tea Gardens and snow-capped mountains. Darjeeling has "A View Scarcely Unrivalled on Earth," according to Graeme Westlake in his book "An introduction to hill stations in India." Overnight stay at the hotel.

DAY - 02 Darjeeling

Visit Tiger Hill early in the morning to enjoy a spectacular sunrise and Himalayan ranges such as Kanchandzonga, Mount Everest, and others. Just before sunrise, the horizon changes colours, and the entire Himalayan range turns golden. Ghoom Monastery, the area's oldest monastery, was founded in 1875, and on the way back from Tiger Hill, one can see the image of Mythey Buddha, which stands 15 feet tall. Breakfast at the hotel, then go on a city tour of Tenzing Norgay's Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (closed on Thursday), Zoological Park (closed on Thursday), Tibetan Refugee Centre (closed on Sunday), Tenzing Rock, Gombu Rock, Tea Estate (from the outside), Japanese Temple, and Peace Pagoda. Overnight stay at the hotel.

DAY - 03 Darjeeling - Pelling 75 kms 3 hours approx.

Breakfast at the hotel and drive to Pelling. Another beautiful mountain village in the Western districts of Sikkim is located about 120 kilometres from Gangtok Pelling. At an altitude of 2000m, this town has a beautiful view of Mount Kanchenjunga. Tour to Khechipalre, Rimbi Water Falls and Orange Garden for the afternoon. Afternoon. Hotel overnight.

DAY - 04 Pelling - Gangtok 127 kms 5 hours approx.

Breakfast at the hotel and drive to Gangtok. At 1750 m above sea level Gangtok became the capital of the state in the middle of the 19th century. The centre, with traditional Buddhist emblems, is dominated by large governing buildings. For people travelling north to Sikkim, Gangtok is also a rest area. Gangtok is certainly a joy to travellers, surrounded by monasteries and Orchids. Hotel overnight. Overnight.

DAY - 05 Gangtok

Breakfast at the hotel. Day trip to Changu Lake at an altitude of 12,400 feet (35 km) from Gangtok. The lake draws its water from the snow of the mountains around. Legend has it that lamas can predict the future by analysing the colour of the waters of the lake. New Baba Mandir visit also. Hotel overnight. Overnight.

DAY - 06 Gangtok - Bagdogra/NJP 125 kms 4 hours approx

Breakfast at the hotel and drive to Bagdogra/NJP in time for flight/train to onward destination.

  • Our package quote at the time of confirmation of booking will be valid.
  • Our package prices are not pertinent to foreigners instead are applicable for Indian Nationality only.
  • Cancellation, refund and other policies as per norms of Hotel/ company will be taken into account.
  • Our package does not include any entrance fee to be paid during excursion of any sort. Customers are supposed to bear it personally.
  • We are committed to recommend and provide alternate hotels of same category in case of unavailability in hotels preferred by you.
  • Any appraisals in hotel cost, transport cost, forex fluctuation or hike in governmental taxes are susceptible to fluctuation in package cost quoted to you.
  • All packages recommended by us encompass nights and check out timings applicable will be as per the norms of hotel. We do not support stay beyond the terms of packages availed by client and are not liable to pay any charges for extended stay unless it is approved by us in writing.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Customers are liable to bear cancellation charges estimated on non refundable deposit of current package cost per individual along with sending Intimation of cancellation in writing to the company. Have a quick look on cancellation charges levied in distinct cases
  • Customers are levied with the liability of payment of 25% of package cost as cancellation cost in case cancellation is done after confirmation or issue of hotel voucher.
  • In the case when cancellation is done before 30 days of traveling date, half or 50 % of package cost is imposed as cancellation price.
  • Cancellation cost shoots up more to 75 % of total cost of package if it is done before 15 days of scheduled traveling ate.
  • 100% cancellation is imposed before 7 days of scheduled travel date.
  • 100% of total cost is to be deducted in case clients do not make it at the time of departure and thereby results in no refund.
